This free pentagon paper model template is perfect for making a paper wreath (find the full folded paper wreath tutorial here – Paper Wreath Tutorial). You could also use this pentagon model template to create ornaments and other decorations.
You will find two versions of the template below. One is in red and green, which you can print onto white paper to create the wreath in the tutorial, the other is without color (white) so you can print this onto colored paper or use it as a template to cut the shape from patterned paper.
